The passion to offer a unique experience led Ged Blackman to open Kingfisher's Manor on the Noosa Hinterland, just minutes from Hastings Street. Set against a backdrop of bushland teeming with wildlife, Kingfishers is a haven of bold design overlaid with friendly warm service.

There are just three suites at the Manor, with the signature Azure Kingfisher offering one of the most superb marble ensuites with spa we've seen on the Sunshine Coast. Whichever room you choose, all guests enjoy a dedicated guest lounge and full use of the Manor's award-winning lagoon pool with a swim-in cave and elevated spa.

The location is superb – moments to fine dining, day spas and all the Noosa attractions, guests can also elect to have host Ged cater for an intimate candlelit dinner in the Manor's dining room. Wherever you choose for dinner, breakfast will definitely be back at Kingfishers (probably by the pool) where Ged will cook up a memorable English breakfast. Sparkling presentation and genuine warmth characterize this hinterland escape.

This place was a real gem! - perfect for that romantic escape from the daily grind we'd be dreaming of, and so close to everything. It was breathtaking, honestly. The most beautiful house, and our suite - - - the size and luxury of everything made fo an opulence that I felt exceeded the penthouses available in noosa (which are far more expensive), everything you could possibly want, I loved the emperor size bed and grand bathroom we had all to ourselves. I felt like a princess! Great value. The best thing was the wonderful host - he basically did everything for us, planned day trips to the spas and dining spots, right down to the charming english-style breakfast and the lovely wines complimentary of our stay. It made for the most romantic, enjoyable weekend, for such incredible value, I will definitely be back, it was the best find!
